Many programs and investors look for finished teams, products and revenue. We look for people with a real problem they want to solve.
You can apply with an idea, a few early customer conversations or a simple first product. You don't need all the answers. What matters most is that you're willing to learn, test and prioritize the company's growth.

Atlas runs over four months and combines practical work, close follow-up and a community of founders, mentors and investors.

Pre-accelerator

The goal is to give more founders a better start — including those who don't continue to the accelerator. Through four digital workshops we help you understand the problem, sharpen the value proposition, test the idea and prepare the next steps.

Accelerator
12 weeks · tailored program · investment
Around ten companies move on and receive investment and close follow-up with practical workshops, in-person gatherings and dedicated help with marketing, development, sales, business development, communication and pitch training.

Demo Day
January · Oslo
During Demo Day the companies present to investors, partners and people from the startup community. A great opportunity to show progress, build new relationships and open the doors to the next phase.

Apply for admission
The application window opens towards the end of the pre-accelerator. Admission is expected with a short video pitch.

If you're selected, you receive capital, plus weekly meetings, workshops and in-person gatherings.

How we invest
We believe in founders before the numbers exist.
You don't need revenue, investors or a finished product. We look for people who are curious, eager to learn and willing to do the work it takes to build a company. That's why we invest earlier than most, when the right support can make the biggest difference. To us, early-stage investing is first and foremost about people.

Early-stage companies looking to scale with technology — mainly software. You can apply with an idea, a few early customer conversations or a simple first product.
No, there is no program fee. We invest up to 150,000 NOK in cash, plus services within product development, business development, sales and marketing, for 5% of the company.
The pre-accelerator starts in September and the accelerator in October. Everything wraps up with Demo Day in January.
We accept a limited number of companies per batch — typically around ten.
Fill out the application form on the website. The first month is a pre-accelerator that is free and open to everyone.
The program is hands-on and tailored to the companies in the batch. Generic teaching is kept to a minimum.
The pre-accelerator is fully digital. The accelerator is also mainly digital, with three in-person gatherings in Norway.
Mainly Norwegian, with some English-speaking guests.
We challenge, guide and support you with the tools, resources and network you need to move faster.
